May 6-8, 2020

Dear Members, Speakers, Sponsors, & Guests:

We are pleased to officially announce that registration is open for the 35th Annual Environmental and Emerging Claim Manager Association (EECMA) Conference to be held at the Four Seasons Resort and Conference Center Orlando at Walt Disney World® in Orlando, Florida from Wednesday May 6 to Friday May 8, 2020. We look forward to seeing all of you at this very special 35th anniversary event in May. Join industry colleagues from more than 17 (re) insurance companies, plus environmental attorneys, experts and consultants. This is the must- attend Environmental and Emerging Issue Insurance conference event of the year.

The conference agenda is now available!  Click here to view this year's agenda. As always, we will be offering a wide array of world-class speakers on cutting-edge topics.  We offer in-depth panels with comprehensive legal, technical, scientific and regulatory expertise.

You may also join and view updated conference information on our LinkedIn Group page at: This is a great tool for staying connected and communicating with other members of EECMA.

Registration/tuition is $600 per person or per (re)insurer (up to 3 attendees for (re)insurers per registration); additional (re)insurance attendees are $200 per person. Lawyers, consultants, brokers and other attendees are $600 per person.  Speakers must also pay their tuition.  Since EECMA must guarantee our meal function numbers by April 17, cancellations after that date will be refunded on an availability basis only.  A very limited scholarship opportunity is available to new professionals or students. Inquire with Gregory Kelder.

Please complete your registration here. Kindly register all attendees from the same company, ideally, at one time. If you have any questions about registering, please contact Kathleen Olear at [email protected].

We encourage everyone to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible as we fully expect our room block at this venue to sell out before our April 5 deadline! We have secured a block of rooms for $279 plus applicable fees and taxes, with no resort fees and free in-guestroom and meeting room Wi-Fi. The group rate will apply 3 days prior to and 3 days after our conference, subject to hotel availability. EECMA has no control over availability before or after the conference.

Please use this convenient link to secure one of EECMA's discounted group rate rooms: Or, if you prefer, call 1.407.313.7777 to make your reservation. Our limited room block will expire on April 5, 2020, but will sell out sooner. We continue to offer our attendees CLE and CE credits. When completing your registration form, please note if you seek CLE or CE credits, as well as the states sought. EECMA is unable to provide credit for every state, but we will try to accommodate as many as possible. It is estimated that we will receive approximately between 10 to 12 hours of approved CLE credits.
