General Conference Information: 
The May 11th welcome reception and dinner will be on the King’s Crown lawn and dinner on May12th will be on Sunset beach.  The general session of the conference will be held at the Conference Center in the Captiva West Room.   Lunch on May 12th will be served in the Captiva East room.  Concurrent sessions on May 13th will be in the Captiva West and Sanibel Breakout rooms.  Continental breakfast will be served in the Captiva Ballroom Foyer both days.  

Trolley Service:
EECMA will have a dedicated trolley each day to the Conference Center from the North end for those staying at the North end. Please see below the outline of times below: 

5/12 7:00AM-7:45AM North Pointe #6 (Located in front of the Pool Complex) to Conference Center  (Trolley will make continental loops)
  5:15PM-5:45PM Conference Center to North Pointe #6
5/13 6:45AM-7:30AM North Pointe #6 (Located in front of the Pool Complex) to Conference Center  (Trolley will make continental loops)
  1:30PM-2:00PM Conference Center to North Pointe #6 (For any remaining guests not checking out on 5/13)
